SAG·AFTRA COVID Certified Remote Sessions

Covid-19 Information

Home / Covid-19 Information

As part of LA County Department of Public Health recommendations, we are providing the following information to all of our visiting personnel and guests:

Please be aware that Masks or Fabric Face Coverings are required to be worn at all times in both our building (including hallways, restrooms, lobby areas and elevator) and our studio facility.  It can be removed in order to provide voice acting services, but must be replaced before exiting the voice booth.

In order to facilitate the practice of social distancing, we are limiting studio attendance to required personnel only and an appointment is required. Shellynne or Ziv at (310) 392-9545 can help you with those arrangements.  If a visitor must be accompanied by another person (e.g., for translation assistance, or because the visitor is a minor, or has minor children) please inform your producer.  If you have non-participating guests waiting for you, we would request they wait in your vehicle in our parking lot.  But we are happy to provide the restroom codes and our Wifi Password for their comfort while they wait.

We are practicing social distancing. There are no marks on the carpet, but while you’re visiting, please maintain a distance of 6 ft minimum from others.

For the time being, we have suspended food and beverage service and our kitchen is closed except to studio staff.  We can still provide fresh, unopened bottled water upon request, but you are welcome to provide your own beverage or bring a packaged snack with you. If you wish to order catered food to be brought in, please inform your producer and it can be arranged via a food delivery service such as ChowNow, Doordash or Postmates.

Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and tissues are provided in each voice booth and at various locations throughout the facility.

We invite you to use your own headphones if desired. (¼ inch studio/guitar cable jack size) We also encourage you to bring your own writing instruments, stylus (if using an iPad), and any power adaptors or charging cables you may need.

Our completed DPH protocols for Re-Opening Businesses and for Music, Television, Film Productions are posted in the facility. Please contact our office if you would like to receive a digital copy of either.

And a final reminder:  If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness (sore throat, light-headedness, cough, fever, etc.) please Do Not Come To The Studio.  Contact your project or agency producer or call 48 Windows to let us know.

Wishing you Good Health and Better Days!
